Top level: 70 documents and 60 Outlook messages plus the inner zip. Of the 70 documents, 41 were already public on cityofkenyon.gov inside council packets we had downloaded (22 KMU minutes incl. the joint meeting and a duplicate, 10 EDA minutes files, 3 EDA agendas, 6 agreements and chart). New public-record documents: the two resolutions, the Aug 31 notice, 10 KMU agendas, 6 EDA packets, the Oct 20 KMU and Sep 29 EDA minutes, the signed Firebird agreement and sale paperwork. All email is new. Unrelated material: 17 CMPAS board items, a CMPAS HR letter, and a Ramsey County warrant for a private individual.
