One application opens electric, water, sewer, storm sewer and garbage service with Kenyon Municipal Utilities. KMU requires a copy of legal ID, so after submitting you still stop at City Hall once to show it and pay the deposit. Renters: a copy of your bill and any delinquent notices may be given to your landlord.
What happens next. KMU sets up the account. Bring picture ID and the deposit to City Hall, 709 2nd Street, before the start date. Bills are due the 10th; sign up for direct pay to skip fees.
