NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Wednesday, October 25, 2023,
commencing at 5:30 p.m., at City Hall, 709 2nd Street, Kenyon, Minnesota, for the following
purposes:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
3. ROLL CALL
4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
5. CITY BUSINESS
A. Review and consider issues regarding a request involving charitable gambling and
the operation of electronic and paper pull tabs at the Municipal Liquor Store.
B. General discussion and decisions regarding the above agenda item.
