                       NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
                                    (Closed and Open)
                                  Monday, June 30, 2025
                                        5:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Kenyon City Council will hold a Special City
Council Meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Monday,
June 30, 2025, commencing at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, 709 Second Street, Kenyon, Minnesota for
the following purposes:

        1.​      CLOSED MEETING: Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05,
                 subdivision 3(a), to conduct a closed meeting (the meeting must be open at
                 the request of the individual who is the subject of the meeting) to evaluate
                 the performance of an individual subject to the City Council’s authority,
                 Mr. Wayne Ehrich.

        2.​      OPEN MEETING:

                 a.​      City Council’s summary of conclusions regarding the evaluation;
                 b.​      Additional action regarding evaluation, etc.; and
                 c.​      Other related matters.
