- Online at the city's payment portal (Paya): 2.75 percent fee on cards, $1.10 on ACH. The portal also sends outage and street-work notifications by text or email if you enable them in your profile.
- In person or in the drop boxes at City Hall, by cash, check, money order or card (2.75 percent).
