About

Martin Gunderson's 1890s house at 107 Gunderson Boulevard is the historical society's museum, open for tours the third weekend of each month from May to September. The city pays the society $2,500 a year in management fees, funded the 2019 historic structure study by Wold Architects ($15,000), and replaced the air conditioner in 2025 (Reliable Heating & Cooling, $4,765).
